As far as Juliana as a coach, she is exceptional. Caring, thoughtful, incredibly intuitive, while at the same time, noninvasive in her approach. I never once felt put on the spot to share more than I was comfortable with and the program never requires it. However, I felt so comfortable that it wasn't hard to be open. She is a gentle guide through YOUR journey and never pushes, but encourages you to stay on track so you can get the best results because she CARES!

· An unexpected realization of this program was that our nervous systems can and need to be regulated. We may not even recognize the stress on our systems and how close they are to unhealthy thresholds until they have totally hijacked us. Juliana’s system helps to dial down any underlying mental agitation, much like a balm might soothe an inflamed physical condition before it becomes inflamed and in need of repair.

· Once centered in this way, it is easier to navigate relationships with other people. It enhances sleep. As a public speaker, I have found that it has enhanced my focus in that domain. I am more present with my son, which is a major plus. I have better boundaries with work and what I want to get out of it rather than letting it drain me.
