Embodying the words of Bessel Van Der Kolk, “the body keeps the score", myofascia responds to and is affected by habitual posture, trauma (both physical and emotional), hydration, repetitive movements and more. Learn how to maintain the health and flexibility of your myofacial system. This is a myofascial self-care coaching container.
The first 3 months postpartum is a time of greatly increased receptivity to learning, change, and growth that will be the foundation for your parenting journey for life. The support of a postpartum coach will normalize your experience, build competence and community to support you as you develop and implement your parenting philosophy.
